Sokhoeun has been supporting TPO with a variety of administrative tasks since 2010. She completed the course in Electronics–Computer at Don Bosco Technical School in 2009, obtained a diploma of General English from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) and hold a BA in Banking & Finance from Build Bright University in Phnom Penh.
