Kimly leads TPO’s Training Center which offers a wide range of training modules on mental health issues. He has ample experience as a counselor working with people with behavioral/emotional problems and has also been a supervisor with TPO’s community mental health programs. He has been with TPO since 2004. Kimly holds an MA in Business Administration, a BA in Psychology from the Royal University Phnom Penh (2002), and a BA in Education also from RUPP (2003).
